Intermittent Errors in GALILEO Search

GALILEO users have been reporting intermittent error messages with GALILEO Search, the federated search feature powered by 360 Search from Serials Solutions. See the following FAQs for steps to resolve the issues:
GALILEO staff is working with the vendor to resolve these problems.
For now, if users receive these types of error messages, here are two ways to resolve the issue:
1) Delete cache and cookies in the browser. See FAQs listed above for instructions.
2) Go to the individual database by clicking the database name in the Databases A-Z list or in Browse by Subject > Articles and Databases
